Welcome and thank you for your interest in volunteering to coach for Novato Youth Soccer Association.  NYSA consists of over 1,400 players in our Recreational League and Select Program, North Marin United.  The association is run almost entirely by volunteers like yourself.  Without the support of volunteers we would not be able to provide soccer to the many children in Novato.

The NYSA Fall Recreational League consists of the following divisions:

Pre-K/Kindergarten, Coed
1st Grade, Boys & Girls 
2nd Grade, Boys & Girls 
3rd/4th Grade, Boys & Girls
5th/6th Grade, Boys & Girls
7th/8th Grade, Boys & GIrls
9th/12th Grade, Boys & Girls

The PreK - 4th graders play all games in Novato against teams from Novato.

The 5th - 12th grade teams are part of a group called MISA (Marin Interleague Soccer Alliance) and play against teams from all over Marin County.

Our league is based on teaching soccer skills and creating a fun and enjoyable experience for the youth of Novato.

During the season you will be receiving season information from Novato Youth Soccer support staff.  Please feel free to ask  questions,  or inquire about our coaching assistance programs. We are here to help you.

In addition, we also offer our Coaches Corner!  A library of communications, "how to" instructions  and information to help assist you through the season.   Be sure to take a moment and review this information.  We hope you'll find it helpful.
