Dear Soccer Community,
In accordance with the update from NorCal Premier and US Club Soccer, Novato Youth Soccer and North Marin United will be extending the suspension of all activities through Sunday, May 31.
In all cases, NYSA and NMU will make determinations that are in conjunction with the CDC, and other government agency recommendations regarding the COVID-19 virus. We are working to ensure the best practices for the health and well being of everyone who is associated with our programs.

NYSA is excited to announce that beginning on Monday May 4, 2020, North Marin United, our competitive soccer program, will launch its club wide Zoom platform training sessions. For the month of May, NMU is inviting ALL players currently registered for the 2020 Fall Recreation Program, to join the fun and participate with them, free of charge! These introductory sessions are being created by our Director of Coaching, Tyler Gottschalk, our Technical Director of our girls programs, Elizabeth Snearly, and our Technical Director of our boys programs, Yasert Ortega. Our competitive soccer directors are actively working to create fun, exciting, and enjoyable exercises that will help our players stay engaged, and continue their soccer training experience to ensure that they are ready to hit the pitch when it is safe for them to do so in the fall!
Our May NMU Online Soccer Academy will offer players (U8 to U19), the opportunity to participate in exercises and drills that grow in difficulty and skill level over the course of the program, and by player experience level, utilizing the Zoom online meeting function platform. Each training session will be identified by a broad but effective player experience classification, not a specific age group to ensure that players can select a level of training that they are comfortable with. Players are able to select any of the training sessions that are available, including attending more than one training level if desired.
If you are interested in participating, please contact us at: admin@novatosoccer We hope to see you on the virtual pitch!
